The Testimonials Manager plugin works a treat!! I've used mine in the sidebar on one of my blogs; extremely easy to set up and it really looks the part!

Local Search MarketingThanks for the great plugin. It works perfectly! Love the fact that there's a widget AND being able to have a testimonials page. Ive tried at least two other plugins, and they dont match the functionality of Testimonials Manager.
